Battle-Damaged Knifehead is a "Series Three" Pacific Rim action figure developed by NECA. It was one of four action figures released February 2014. This wave also includes Trespasser, Cherno Alpha and Coyote Tango.

Official Description[]

"...This series includes Trespasser and an all-new, battle-damaged Knifehead. Trespasser is the first Kaiju to emerge from the breach. It is huge in every way and features incredible detail, an enormous back fin, and over 20 points of articulation, including a hinged jaw and bendable tail. Battle-damaged Knifehead, the largest Category III Kaiju, features an entirely new body sculpt that is 50% larger than the previous version, with improved detail and articulation. This version of Knifehead also sports over 20 points of articulation and battle-damaged deco reflecting the injuries it sustained in its fight with Gipsy Danger."

Articulation[]

Unlike the previous release of Knifehead in Series one, this figure features an entirely new body sculpt that is 50% larger than the previous version, with improved detail and articulation, bringing it into accurate scale with the Jaegers and other figures of the line.[2] Ball joints are present on the head, waist and all four wrists, with ball-and-socket joints on all shoulders, the larger elbows, hips, knees and ankles. The figure also features a hinged jaw, bendable tail and articulated tongue.[3]

Trivia[]

  • In November 2014 a "clean" version of this figure was released as a Toys "R" Us exclusive, appearing in the newer window box packaging.[4]
