Plot Summary[]

Aftermath (Part Five)[]

At the last moment Joshua Griffin saves Martina from Hannibal Chau's Baby. Martina, convinced that the Human-Kaiju Hybrid is there to deliver them to "the Dark Lord", she tries to approach the Kaiju again. Joshua halts her long enough for Brusier to grab hold of the monster's horn to reign it in.

Taking advantage of the distraction, Joshua flees and returns to Mech Czar's headquarters to explain the situation to her. Pena continues to fight Baby, freezing one of its horns with the CCLO cannon. Baby retaliates, firing acid from its month onto Brusier. As Bruiser's hull integrity begins to deteriorate, Joshua appears piloting Enforcer, and shatters it horn with a punch.

Pena and Joshua fight together to stop Baby. Joshua slices the creature's venom tubes before it rams the Enforcer through a building, jeopardizing multiple people. Joshua tries to help the civilians, Pena preoccupies himself with repairing his Rogue Jaeger while Baby is down. Hawk comes to Joshua's aid, luring Baby away from the civilians on a motorcycle. When she tries to fire on the Kaiju with one of Chris Dubango's Energycaster, it explodes in her hand. Injured, Hawk continues to fight Baby with a knife. Pena returns to the battle and fires the CCLO cannon on the Kaiju while Hawk is still near it. The blast kills Hawk, and renders Baby unconscious.

Pena prepares to land the killing blow when Baby knocks Bruiser over with its tail. Its Conn-Pod shattered, Pena climbs out of the Rogue Jaeger in time for Baby to swallow him whole. Enforcer's systems fully recover, Joshua attacks the Kaiju using its Electro-Palms. Seconds later, Enforcer's systems fail again and Baby tears its arm from its body.

Hannibal Chau (Part Five)[]

Leaving ruins of Elora Reddy's lab, Hannibal Chau and Elora head deeper into Chau Industries' basements. Chau demands that Elora restore power to the backup generators, but Elora suspects that Baby destroyed them in his escape. As Chau monitors the news on Baby's attack, he overhears a noise that Elora is hesitant to explain.

Eventually she admits to creating three Kaiju, one of them a hybrid using the DNA of Chau, and a Kaiju named Raythe. She kept them trapped in containment, but with the power down they're roaming the basements of Chau Industries. Furious, Chau proceeds to hunt them down with custom made weapons. The two come across the remains of Kaiju and suspect they were trying to kill each other. They're taken by surprise when it sneaks up on them and uses a sonic scream ability inherited from Raythe.

I Am Pentecost (Part Five)[]

Somehow, Jake Pentecost becomes lost in the Drift of Chuck Hansen's memories of the Sydney Kaiju attack in 2014. A five year old Chuck runs from Scissure until he finds his father, Herc Hansen who asks where his mother went.

Jake relives Chuck's last memories before his final Drift with Stacker Pentecost, namely the fights with his father. Soon, Jake begins to relive Pentecost's final moments, and the last words he spoke to Mako Mori.
