Crimson Typhoon is one of five non-DLC player characters in Yuke's Pacific Rim: The Video Game. Crimson Typhoon can be selected for either the game's story mode and verses mode and experience points can be earned in each battle against the Kaiju or another Jaeger.

Crimson Typhoon's move-set is comprised of basic punches and kicks, guards and guard-breaks. The Plasmacaster and the "Thundercloud Formation" are arguably the strongest weapon at the player's disposal. Its left arm is also equipped with a liquid nitrogen caster.

Crimson Typhoon is one of nine unlockable player characters in Reliance Games' Pacific Rim: The Mobile Game. Crimson Typhoon is among one of the first Jaegers you unlock during the course of the game, and costs a total $3500 player points.[1] Crimson Typhoon has five alternate skins can mod the character model with ("Autumn", "Cold Avenger", "Killer Wasp", "Night Samurai", and "Olive").[2]

Crimson Typhoon has five available weapons that can be upgraded and purchased and added to its arsenal.[2] Among the more notable errors made in the game is Crimson Typhoon is incorrectly labeled as a Mark-2 Jaeger and its character model only has two arms instead of three.[1]
