Pacific Rim: Aftermath is a six-issue comic book miniseries published by Legendary Comics.[2][3]Aftermath explores the ten year gap between the original Pacific Rim and Pacific Rim: Uprising, establishing new characters. The series is written by Cavan Scott, and features art by Rich Elson.[2][3] The first issue was released January 17, 2018.[1]

Pacific Rim: Aftermath was officially announced October 17, 2017 by Legendary Comics.[1] January 8, 2018, actor John Boyega stated on his official Instagram account that Aftermath had been rescheduled for March 21, 2018.[4][note 1] This was later corrected by author Cavan Scott and retail store, Midtown Comics.[5][6]
