Yep, I'd agree with that. I just wish the main theme (which features repeatedly in various forms throughout the movie) had more of a presence in the soundtrack.
The odd thing is that there's a track called "For My Family" (the line when the sword is deployed) but it has music from the end of the movie. I'm guessing someone got the soundtrack mixed up during production, which might explain the weird track order and inconsistent names.
I've seen this sort of thing before on other soundtracks, in some cases I've had to lift audio directly from the movie footage to use in compilations, as the bit I want simply doesn't exist anywhere else. The Bad Boys soundtrack is a notable example, there's an entire sequence at the start of the film that isn't in the OST.
